Katie Herzog, Claims Coordinator
Ms. Herzog has worked within the insurance industry for over 3 years. Ms. Herzog has been involved in all aspects of the business, including customer service, general claims handling, also sales and marketing. Ms. Herzog is responsible for managing all claim files, supervising adjusters, developing workflow processes, defining objectivity and performance of employees and delegating duties to her support staff. Ms. Herzog has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
