INTAKE DEPARTMENT OUTPUT DEPARTMENT

Our intake Department is responsible for first contact of owners, entering of assignments, status and scheduling of appointments. Initial contact is made within 2 hours of receipt of the loss. We are currently inspecting 20 % of our assignments the same day we receive them thanks to the efforts of this department. Jenn Nelson

Our Output department deals with all the enabling systems. They currently process claims for SceneAccess, ADP and ADPCFI, ProcessClaims, Autoverse, and EAutoclaims. They are well trained in handing all the current enabling systems and can help you with the learning curve that comes with a new system.

BILLING DEPARTMENT TECHNICAL STAFF
Our Billing manages the timely billing and sending of files. They also closely monitor our work product. They are versed in managing the turn around time of your assignments.
